Native Instruments Public Beta "service center"

HOW NATIVE ACCESS HELPS YOUNative Access is your one-stop hub for easy product installation, registration, and updates. Open Native Access and log into your Native Instruments account to get set up.

I downloaded it and am using it, so far no issues, and sure does seem to download/update and install my products QUICKER than the service center

Does this count the number of installations?
NI count a farm/slave setup as 1 installation in the past So I'm wandering if this has changed?

I installed it a while ago and forgot about it. Guess I'll see if I can fire it up soon. Been kinda busy....

I just logged a fault call with it, I have 11 upgrades waiting on service centre for effect versions to go from version 1.3.0 to version 1.3.1, but in Native Access the upgrades are not listed

Not a big problem, just a database update issue of some kind

Other than that, its much prettier than service centre, and neater.

Hate it. Very inaccurate and doesn't recognize where previous content is stored.

They have fixed the update, so my products updated successfully, and yea, it only lists one target location for your 'data' files in the config, so not sure how it works when you have samples on mulitple drives.

This is my only problem with it and I hope they address it soon. Other than not being able to locate libraries in subfolders, it works very well. Much better than the previous updater.

One thing I've hated about the Service Center is that it continues to show old never used and no longer needed updates from years gone by to stuff that's been superseded bu newer software.  And there doesn't seem to be a way to delete them from the updates list.  Or is there?

Where you come from is gone...where you thought you were goin to weren't never there...and where you are ain't no good unless you can get away from it.
