It really sucks that it's available only to Americans. Canada is excluded. Must be that 500 ft tall fence that runs along the border.

    Hey John,

Is this deal only for today?

And the serial numbers are in the box, I assume?

I about to order myself one of each, because I live near the border & have a US shipping address, that MF ships to.

Should I get a second box of each for you and just Canada Post them to you in Ontario?

Let me know soon, as the time here is already 1:00PM Pacific Time.

    Jim

Yeah, dammit. Not available in the UK and not downloadable. What century are we in?. And of course NI's site certainly isn't matching that deal, currently. Shame, I would have snapped one of each up at that price.

The reason why Musician's Friend puts out these irresistible offers that are not downloadable is because they want your address. And the reason they want your address is so that they can mail you catalogs. The theory being, I presume, that people are more likely to flick aimlessly through a glossy catalog than they are to wander aimlessly through the links of a website. And the more aimless wandering you do, the more likely you are to buy something impulsively. I can testify to this. I bought Ohmicide from them for half price recently. They shipped me a box containing a piece of paper with a link to the download (you won't be getting a disc for this Upright Piano deal, let me tell you!). And then about a month later I received their catalog in the mail. I've been happily flicking through it ever since and toying with the idea of ordering stuff.
