Need Control Surface Definition File for Arturia Keylab 61

I noticed that Cakewalk does not provide a control surface definition file for Arturia Keylab 61 midi controller.  I am having trouble getting my Keylab to work properly with Cakewalk.  I use X3 version of Cakewalk.  
 
Can someone point me to a document that explains the setup?

ACT MIDI has less controls then you need (10x10x10 plus transport, even without pads)
Generic Surface can do the trick, in case you do not need control buses.
Check Sonar Reference Guide chapter 40
 
Other option is my plug-in. You can "exclusive" support the controller on you own then (or with my help, remote setup possible, "all inclusive" for $0 )

Are you using the Arturia "MIDI Control Center" app? It works as a 'translation' interface between KeyLab and Sonar (or any DAW). You can map any control on KeyLab to any channel, cc, rpn, nrpn ... etc. and save your setups. The interface is easy to use. It displays an image of the KeyLab. You click on the control you want to assign and choose what midi parameters you want to assign through drop-down menus. If your KeyLab is registered, you should be able to download the software directly from Arturia. Plus, if you are using the Arturia Synths, it automatically senses and configures KeyLab for the control set-up for that synth.

If only I could get ASC (Arturia Service Center) to run on my PC. It installs OK, but aborts immediately to a Win10 message. I've been emailing Arturia support about this since last October. Very p'd off that I can't use the Matrix-12 V synth. They are no longer responding to me. Bastidges.

Just several notes:
* about from basic MIDI learn function, Sonar by itself does not "understand" MIDI controllers.
* for that Cakewalk has introduced special plug-ins infrastructure with name "ACT" ("ACT MIDI", "Generic Surface", "MackieControl", "VS-700" , etc).
* since there is no "special" plug-in for Arturia (only Roland keyboards and Naktar LX have own plug-ins), the way to go are general purpose plug-ins ("ACT MIDI", "Generic Surface" or my own). Since they are generic, you can configure the preset in the Control Center as you like, till someone give you Arturia preset AND corresponding preset for one of these plug-ins.
* someone has to be the first, then other can use the result. Why not you?
 
To try, I would recommend: put all controls into absolute mode, sending some CC ("Control" messages). You can try to assign Notes to Pads (check they do not clash with normal keys, for example put them on other MIDI channel), but I do not recommend that. Then using chapter 40 in the Sonar Reference Guide proceed with configuring "Generic Surface" plug-in. All that together should not take more then an hour...
 
Once you understand the procedure, change knobs to the endless mode (in Control Center) and adjust the settings in Generic Surface. That takes another 5 minutes. But I do not recommend doing so at the beginning.
 
Once you understand that encoders are "too fast" or "too slow", you can not control buses and there is something you want control but can not, switch to my plug-in. "Startup preset" you can master in 20-30 minutes at most, even with changing to endless mode and tuning encoders speed. The rest depends from your patience and imagination...
