Need Help With Sonar Producer 8.5!!

Hello Folks,

I have a slight issue with Sonar Producer 8.5 which I'm sure is a simple fix.

This has never been an issue until just now.  When I play ANY project, the TRANSPORT bar does not follow along with the screen...this is so hard to explain.

So there is the vertical transport bar that moves from the left side of the screen to the right side of the screen when you play a song.  For me, that vertical bar moves from left to right, but when it gets to the right side of the screen, it keeps moving off-screen, and I can't 'see' where it is anymore.  I REALLY hope this makes sense, because I don't know how to fix it and it is driving me crazy.  I have no clue how I changed the setting to do this...maybe one of my little ones were pressing buttons on my keyboard when I was out of the room.

In any case, any help is greatly appreciated!

Shaun

Press "scrool lock" on the keyboard.

Notation, the original DAW. Everything else is just rote. We are who we are and no more than another. Humans, you people are crazy.

And for all you other folks still using the older versions,,some of you who might have a torrent version.. did you know that Sonar is not that expensive to purchase?

If your using 8.5, you may like X3e Studio which is only $129 for new customers and $99 for existing customers.  Keep your old 8.5 installed to use some of it's plug ins too.

I'll agree with that 99.8%. I hung on to 8.5 up until last Feb.  But I myself decided to move onward. Especially for only the $99 I paid for Studio it was worth a shot. Once you get used to X3 you totally forget 8.5 existed, just like all software upgrades. 8.5 was one of the best versions and certainly will have a fan club for a long time yet. I guess until OS upgrades render it obsolete. But hey, I can still run my Atari Software on an XP computer using an emulator. That's 30 year old stuff still runs..
