Need Help With Understanding Loops

I am just learning sonar x2 and am trying to figure out how to create a loop to make a completed song. For example, I want 4 measures to loop 3 times (ex:the verse) - then go to the next part of the song (ex: the chorus). Do I just copy and paste those 4 measures 3 times or is there a trick I am missing? Do making drum loops work the same way? I'd like to make it so I don't have to copy and paste and so much (especially with drum loops which I might change after recording the other tracks), but I can't figure out any other way of doing it. 

I hope what I wrote here makes sense- Thanks in advance for any and all tips, suggestions, ideas! 

Oh and clips with looping enabled will have beveled corners whereas regular clips are square.

Ah yes. I forgot there was a keybinding. Much easier. I was very surprised at how simple it was to do this. I thought I would have to manipulate it all in the loop constructor.

Another way to do it is with special paste. CTRL-C to copy the selected clip, and then CTRL-ALT-V to special paste it at the NOW time. This will open a dialog asking you how many repetitions you want to paste, and also if you want to link those copies to the original clip. If you choose to link the copies, any changes you make to one of the copies of the clip will be made to them all. If you want to unlink a clip, just right click on it and select unlink. 

You're talking about a single track or all the tracks?

In cubase they have the play order track where you define sections then make up a list and it will play it, like verse twice then a chorus and back to a verse etc.

I don't know if sonar has something like this, newbie to Sonar.

Repeating and adding to what I noted above and to add to Sharke's comment, if you grab all the tracks through Select By Time for your desired section, you can use Paste Special to specify exactly where you want to repeat the section and you can also specify number of repetitions to put in. It's very precise and clean but not as super convenient as just dragging a loop to repeat something you want to just keep cycling over and over.
