Need Help

Hi guys. I'm freaking out lol. Last night I relocated my mixing desk to another location about 15 feet away. I unplugged everything (see my specs). I moved everything, and plugged it all back in. We're in the process of mixing our album which by the way was glitch free. So I fire up our first song that we're mixing, I hit play on my Mackie MCU, there is about a 3 second delay, and the song starts,  my system disk meter (producer 8.5) spikes to red, and after several seconds I get a red message box at the botton of the console that says dropout. I defrag both my system drive and my audio drive, both are seagate 7200rpm 1 tb sata drives. Doesn't help.
I can hear a drive clicking when booting, it appears to be my system drive thats clicking.

I went out tonight and bought another seagate 7200 500gb hard drive. Any thoughts before I undertake this? Could my system drive (operating system, sonar) cause this issue? or would it be my audio drive? Thanks in advance

Tried running disk check on my audio drive. The check got to phase 4 and it appears to have frozen.
