Need a Serial No for Producer Expanded
I bought it as part of a bundle, which has no serial number in my list. How do I organise to get one, please?

If you do not see a line item in your store account for "SONAR X1 Expanded" then you will need to contact customer support.

In my case "SONAR X1 Producer", "SONAR X1 Expanded", "ZETA+ 2.1" and the "ProChannel Module - PC4K S-Type Expander Gate" make up the "First-Class upgrade to Production Suite", the bundle that I purchased. Each one of those have separate line items in my store account, all with their own registration info. If you are missing registration information for parts of the bundle you purchased, it will need to be addresses by customer support.

if you have your serial, then you need to register the product here http://www.cakewalk.com/register/ after you are done registering it, you will receive an email a short time later with your confirmation codes.

"even if it's part of a bundle, it should still show. i got all kinds of serials for stuff i had not realized were part of bundles. ".....I have looked at all the listing and it's not there. I know that sometimes there will be stuff such as downloads with no serial and then underneath will be the serial numbers and no download link. But it just ain't there.

You ordered this over a year ago and you're just getting around to installing it? You won't have a serial number for the bundle, only for the individual components in the bundle.

I said "You won't have a serial number for the bundle, only for the individual components in the bundle." I thought that might be helpful.

OldNick And this helps how? And you have not heard of a computer crash? And WTF is it to you anyway? etc etc etc...I said I would appreciate help, not poor judgmentmentalism. you posted a thread asking for help, weather the answers/opinions not be phrased as you'd like to very well pick and choose, thats how a forum works. I think this post wasn't too offensive up to the point you said: "and *** is it to you anyway". I think you may have benefited from leaving that out.

Nick, In the X1 toolbar, click Help>About SONAR. This should pull up the splash screen with your serial number showing near the bottom. It also shows your version and build #.
