Need all relevant info possible on Focusrite Pro 24 and X1

I'm narrowing my search for a new interface.  Have heard both pro and con on this interface.  Any info will be appreciated.

Latency is real good 5ms - RTL.   Very flexible and the Saffire Mix Control is the only Mixer I can say that I have liked (and fully understood).  Documentation is written very well and complete.  Sound is unbelievable for the $$$.  I actually returned the pro 24 and got the pro 24 dsp since I knew this was a keeper.    I run a line 6 HD300 into line inputs 3 & 4 using direct monitoring.  Record Bass off input #2 using Guitar Rig (this is where the 5ms RTL comes in handy) .  Record Vocals off input 1 with Phantom power and an small amount of compression using the built in DSP.
Headphone outputs are loud assuming you have a good impedance match.   Overall the construction has a quality feel.   I seems that Focusrite takes win 7 64 bit seriously - they update their drivers!   Its has been very stable for me.

    - running Win 7 64bit with latest drivers (not beta drivers)
    - Dell xps 8300 I7 2600 (stock with all the standard audio tweaking to get max performance)
(note : I do not turn off the wireless lan adapter since it does not cause any problems)
