Need help debugging a control surface DLL (VC6)

Hi

I have AJ Mayo's BCR2000 source and have tweaked it my way.

Fixing it as I went along without the aid of the VC6 debugger as I never could figure out how to debug a control surface dll inside a running Sonar but that is what I need to do now as I have a problem I cant fix no matter how long I stare at the source!

If debugged locally and sonar is launched from the IDE where the DLL is loaded then sonar 8 or x1b will not get past the splash banner.

I'm having an even worse time trying to debug it remotely. With a seemingly endless string of requests for dlls and all kinds of other things while it trys to launch sonarpdr on the remote debug pc?

Oh boy do I need help.

Can somebody point me in the right direction?
