Need help from Techno/Trance/Electro Freaks

I need some technical help for transforming audio like it is sometimes heard in Techno or Trance pieces.
 
I have it in my brain how it shoul sound like but cannot figure out how to do that transforming and with which tools....
(I'm not familiar with this kind of music)

There are long notes at the end at which should happen a "masacre" audio transforming. I can not describe it correctly but it should sound like a stutter at the beginning and turn into an arpeggiated style.
In Drummers Language: (please don't laugh:)) Brrrrrabadabadededededidididi and "fly away" 
Hard to describe that: 1 bar long first a quarter long fast stutter, then arpeggiated 3 quarters and end diffusely. Melody goes on half bar later.
Chords are A Minor 7 for the first and G Maj 6 for the second phrase. Arpeggios in 16th (if needed even faster at the end), tempo is 112.
 
So perhaps someone could do some crazy things on theses 2 long notes and tell me how he did it, so I can experimentate with this.
