Need help with Korg NanoKontrol and Sonar 8.5 Studio

First off this is my first venture with a control like this. I'm having trouble setting it up and saving. I can set it up save it and when i reopen I have to reset everything. I'm stupid when it come to this kind of stuff so please help. Thanks
 
Also can I set up two Korg slider controls? How?
