Need help with X1 Producer install

I'm installing X1 Producer for the first time (upgrading from 8.5 Producer).

I'm running into an issue regarding Dimension Pro.

I installed the upgrade from DP 1.2 to DP 1.5 and I installed the Free Expansion Packs 1-3.

However, when I try to install Sonar X1 Producer Expanded, it says that I cannot continue because Dimension Pro is not installed properly.  I think the problem lies with registration of DP 1.5.  The program is installed and the icon is on my Desktop and I can launch it.

However, in my paperwork, it says that I should right-click on the icon and choose Run As Administrator to register the program.  This option does not appear when I Right-Click on the icon.  It only allows me to run the program as myself (the only user of the PC).

How do I get into the registration dialog for Dimension Pro 1.5?  I think this will solve the problem.

Thanks.

I have never seen a program icon not allow an option to run as administrator.

What if you hit the WIndows Start button, entered in the actual program name for Dim Pro (for me that's 'Dimension Pro x64.exe'), and when it shows up in the search results you could right-click on it there and run as admin?

Oh, my installation of an expansion pack caused my registration code to for some reason get tagged as invalid, and I ended up calling tech support and they generated a new one for me.

They did it on the spot for me, perhaps if all else fails you can contact them during business hours via phone?

I contacted Cake Tech Support last night via email.  We'll see what they say...

    Thanks.
