    Big Macs have "special sauce" which is completely distinct from "secret sauce" as requested by the OP. Just sayin'.

    "special sauce"


    Ingredients
    1/4 cup mayonnaise.1 1/2 teaspoons spicy pickle juice.1 1/2 teaspoons ketchup.1 teaspoon yellow mustard.1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika.1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.1/4 teaspoon onion powder.

    That kick sounds like it has a little "bouncing ball" top end thwack on it. You could try Dave Pensado's trick of using a sample of a penalty kick recorded from soccer matches...
