Need to add a couple measures to start of project?

Having trouble adding a few measures at the beginning of my project to all the tracks at once ...Isn't there a way to select all and then move them? I can do one track at a time but can't figure out how to do all at the same time... any hints for me?

I am pretty sure (not in studio at moment) that you just edit - select all
    then pick up and drag

Pick up and drag 'one at a time'? Maybe I'm not sure what you mean by 'pick up and drag'...  I can do one track at a time but I want to do 'all' of the tracks at the same time....

Another way is to either Ctrl+A to select all tracks, or Shift+Ctrl+A to unselect all tracks, move the Now time to the beginning of the project then use the  "Project->Insert Time/Measures..." menu option. (You can also choose the insertion point in the Insert Time/Measures dialog box so you don't even have to move the Now time, just set the At Time: to be 1:01:000).

No. If you just pick up and drag you run the risk of having your automation, tempo, and key signature changes not moving with the data.

Select all, then choose Project > Insert Time/Measures to do what you want.

Dwcaldwell definitely has the goods on this.  I use insert Time/Measures all the time.  So quick and easy, just be sure to select all the tracks first, then in the pop-up always select that you want everything to slide over.  I use it when I've decided on a longer intro, when I have a bridge to put in etc - It's great.
