Need to redownload Sfz+ : no reply from Cakewalk

Hi,

I have purchased Sfz+ on rgc:audio web site some time ago.
Unfortunately, I've had a big problem with my audio workstation and I have lost both sfz+ and the installation file.

So far, I have sent 3 e-mails to Cakewalk's customer support (with my personal serial number beginning with CWRGC) to get a download link, but I've got no answer. Strange support...

I need to reinstall Sfz+ for a very important and urgent musical project to be finished.

Can anybody send me a private message with a download link ?
Otherwise I will have to purchase Sfz+ again at Cakewalk but it's completely nonsense.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Pol

    Still no reply from Cakewalk...
That is very odd for a so-called Customer Support, in my opinion. Anyway, let's keep cool !

I really need to download Sfz+ again to go on working (urgent audio projects pending) and I don't intend to pay it twice, there is no reason for that.

Could somebody give me a download link ?

Yes, I have sent an e-mail to René (rene [at] rgcaudio.com), with the original message I received at the time of the purchase. I'm waiting, hopefully, for a quick answer...

I've got an answer from René, telling me that I will get a reply from the support, but I've received nothing at this time.

I begin to think that customer support is really catastrophic... Anyway, what can I do but wait some more ?

Sfz+, when you are back, I drink champagne...

I don't intend to purchase Sfz+ twice. There should be problems for me to send private messages (due to hybernation ?), however the temp fix has been used successfully by an honest fellow. Still no news from Cakewalk or rgc:audio but life goes on...

Pol, did you include you serial number when contacting Cakewalk? They ignore emails without this little bit of info.

Yes, the serial number has been included in the right field and in the message body, for each e-mail sent.

I guessing you could back up that installer to CD/DVD usbdrive for future disaters where you reformat the drive.

Yes of course, I always back up all installers (2 copies !), but unfortunately Sfz+ has been forgotten at that time.
It's always a good idea to keep the installers in a safe place.
Most of the time, I keep older versions too, in case of problems with recent updates.
When I'm on holidays, I keep a copy at home and a second copy on a different location.
Thanks again to all people who answered this topic.
