Neil Peart Expansion Pack...

I realize this is a version 3 pack but will it also play with Session Drummer 2? They're just wav's and midi patterns, correct? I know it's a stupid question but I haven't upgraded to X1 yet and I felt compelled to ask before purchasing the expansion pack.
