New Account

I attempted to start an new account using my actual name Seamore Melonbutts for the reason that , by some miracle, maybe I could acquire an AVATAR and be able to upload pictures from my PC. I completely failed.

     I like how Image Line does it.  Your license account and forum are all tied together.  No license, you are not allowed in their forums.  Your login accesses everything.  I think Native Insturments does the same thing.

    Yeah, that's exactly what they didn't want here.  It was one of our suggestions when we were having lots of spammer issues (which have since been addressed).

    The only solution is to give Steve your log-in details and get him to upload you an avatar on his Vista machine.

    There is truly something wrong with the forum software.
     
    1. Log in
    2. Read post
    3. Move to another tab to locate a pic and copy URL
    4. Return to thread and write reply
    5. Paste pic link in reply
    6. Click Submit Post
    7. Get flagged stating I don't have permissions for that action
    8. Copy reply with pic link
    9. Log off
    10. Get redirected to Log In page
    11. Log back in
    12. Get redirected to Log Off page stating "You are now logged off"
    13. Click on Log In link
    14 Log back in again
    15. Paste copied info into new post and submit

    The same thing happens to me in older versions of IE and on my iPad, it does it on safari, but not on chrome. I'm posting this from chrome, but can't post from safari.

    safari I can't  post pictures or Avatar. safari as I know no plans to correct this problem either. Everything else, safari so good
