New African Song "Siya Hamba" with full band by IJenNeh - Rough Draft

Hi Cakewalk Forum Friends,
I am excited to start working on my new cd. This is one of my new songs that I am finishing the tracking on. It is still in the rough draft with no eq or reverb. I am fine tuning the vocals and wanted to share this rough draft with you for feedback. I know it has been awhile but I have been touring alot this past couple of years. I need new material so I am back to the studio! I have missed everyone and hope to hear some good tunes of yours as well. Blessings IJenNeh!

I love the vocals. Great job! I don't agree with the theme unless you consider that we live in this great universe. As for myths, no. I do love the song and can tell you are having great fun with the track. To me, that's god. Not the myth.

I hope to hear your excellent music in the future! Very well done.

Notation, the original DAW. Everything else is just rote. We are who we are and no more than another. Humans, you people are crazy.

As always I like your work.  Nice to hear from you.  I like the theme.

Fresh, good to hear something a little different.

Can hear the fun, energy and praise through the song which is most important.

Well arranged and written so not too much tweaking needed.

    Vocals are a standout.

It is good to see you posting your songs again.  Great job this number.  I agree with the comments above --- the vocals are excellent as is the arrangement.  Are all of the high note in this number done with guitars or are you using instruments such as mbira?

Nice work! The mix is very good for such busy instruments. Vocal placement is excellent as well. This doesn't sound that far from being finished!

Very nice.   I agree with Dan - for as much as you've got going on in this song it's very nicely mixed and separated.   And yeah, the vocals sound very good.
