New EEG presets from Gregjazz

Greg has posted seven new presets for his Evolution Electric Guitar library on kvr's patch page, mostly clean-ish sounds. Worth the download.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

Thanks for posting about this! Just wondering, are there any particular styles of presets that you'd like to see in the future, too?

    Hi Greg,

Any suggestions for a preset that would simulate the magic of Spyro Gyra, guitarist, Julio Fernandez?

By the way, loving EEG strawberry and Mind Control.

    Kind regards,
    Rick

Thanks Bitflipper and Greg.[ I'd like to see some David Gilmour like presets for Lap Steel.] I just picked up EEG, the acoustic and steel this Summer. a handful of Indie/rock/ballad strum patterns for the acoustic and or EEG would be very nice to add potential to both..

Windows 7 64 bit, Sony Vaio Laptop Q740, 8 GB, Sonar Producer X1d, Focusrite Scarlett 18i, Korg Pa500, M-audio 61 Radium Keystation. Using Omnisphere, Trilian, Komplete 8, Morphestra, Orchestral Essentials, Evolve, Orange Tree Guitars, Addictive Drums, BFD2, Melodyne Editor, Studio One 2, Ozone 5, FabFilter.

Here are some iconic songs that represent the type of guitar lead sounds that I aspire to:

    Black Magic Woman - Santana
    Day After Day - Badfinger
While My Guitar Gently Weeps - Harrison/Clapton
Reelin' In the Years - Steely Dan
The Thrill is Gone - B.B. King
Sultans of Swing - Mark Knopfler
    Layla - Eric Clapton
    Bohemian Rhapsody - Brian May
Hotel California - Felder & Walsh

You get the idea...sustained, clean-ish, controlled distortion. I am not trying to emulate Slayer.

Here's my evolution-electric-guitar-strawberry presets? "In Sunburst..." I recommend them highly. As does mister Paul Reed Smith.
