Downloading it now. I enjoyed the freebie a lot and can't wait to try these new samples. Awesome work Craig and many thanks.

By the way...one of my "secrets" to having the EB really shine in a track is to use the ProChannel high-frequency shelving to lift the highs. Remember, I designed these sounds to be as "pure" as possible (well, except for the "growl" programs) so they could be colored however the user wanted. I tend to like a bit more "zing" to my bass sounds (I always liked Rickenbackers, for example), and the shelving does exactly that. OTOH I've also been able to get a pretty sweet "Motown" bass by rolling back the highs with the mod wheel and adding a little boost in the low end.

I talked with Cakewalk today about making some of my EB-specific TH2 and ProChannel presets available at some point for free to those who bought the EB Bass Expansion Pack, and they're totally behind it. Don't expect anything until I'm back from Frankfurt Messe, but it's on my radar and I already have several TH2 and ProChannel presets that are almost tweaked.

The first 3 books in "The Musician's Guide to Home Recording" series are available from Hal Leonard and http://www.reverb.com. Listen to my music on http://www.YouTube.com/thecraiganderton, and visit http://www.craiganderton.com. Thanks!

Awesome Craig! Really digging the EB Bass tones and ProChannel presets will make them even better. Thank you very much.
