Sorry I don`t know how he did it, This tune was posted at Home Recording Forums by a guy called Rob eCrush...He asked if someone could add Bass , Write Lyrics and add the Vox and to his Track that he uploaded. So all I did was download his Premixed guitar and drum track and I noticed in the thread that Chalo had uploade a Bass track so I downloaded that... Spent an hour writing the lyrics then another hour recording and mixing this till I mfelt comfortable that my vocals and the Bass track fit in the mix. Now what really bugs me is I just noticed that he posted this thread almost a year ago. So I don`t know if he`ll ever hear what I did with his track...I`ve PM`d him but he may not even go on that Forum anymore...Oh well what can i do.....

Thanks MGH...Yeah... I don`t really use chorus but I always doubletrack my vocals ..so that be the same thing I guess.

Nice Vocals and production!
 
I am looking for someone with a good rock voice and lyrics ability who would like to work on songs together. Here are two songs that I have been working on this week. No lead guitars, keys, or lyrics yet. I wanted to keep the songs open so you can get an idea of the basic tracks.
 
I have more of a country / southern rock voice and it doesn't work well with harder rock. I have a bunch of songs on soundclick, if you want to check them out.

so you created the lyrics and melody to a pre-existing rhythm?  that's fantastic - I don't think I've ever heard an original from you, only covers!

this is really great!  fantastic stuff!  for the genre I think the mix is tight - not much I'd even consider changing.  vox are great!  bravo!
