Collaborated on a tune with an old friend from high school.  I did the music, he wrote the lyrics and sang the track.  Done in Sonar Home Studio 4. Drums are EZ Drummer, bass, midi sequence, B4 Organ, guitars.. Martin 000-16GTE  acoustic  PRS Custom 24 electric, amp is an original Sansamp.

I like the song.  It seems the vocal was maybe a bit overprocessed?  I'm not trusting my ears lately so I could be wrong.   The B4 sounds good as do the other instruments.

Very nice number.  Great melody and the mix sounds good to me.

Very nice mix. Maybe ready for some mastering?

The singer is pretty good. Maybe brighten him up and the reverb tails seem a bit long.

Nice song!  Reduce the reverb/delay on the vocals, it is a bit too much.  Now you can selectively add it in some places but not everywhere.  The instruments sound good.

Thanks guys.. I appreciate the comments.  I will reduce the delay and verb on the vocal.  It was done that way for effect and obviously I over did it.  :)

I was on the road in the late sixties and 70s.  We always had a B3 player.  I miss that sound.  This song has that vibe.

I would suggest a little less reverb on the vocals.  We all used to much reverb in the old days.

Guitar is hot but again a tad too much reverb (I'm just learning to kick the habit myself.)  Loved the lead break.

    Spice the drums up some.

    Nice tune!

Thanks for the comments guys.. based on the universal agreement on to much delay and verb on the vocal, I've backed off a little and put up a new mix.  If you have a few minutes to re-listen, I would appreciate it.
