New Project Folders Don't Play Nice [Solved]

Hey All--

The first time I used X2 was after I migrated an existing project from Sonar 8. I just finished that project and I'm trying to start a new one.

This will be the first project I've begun in X2. I have the folder designations setup in the global preferences to store the audio and picture cache on my E drive, and set to per project folders, but as I start a new project the folder path wants to go the default C drive.

It's not a big deal to manually browse to the right folder and drive, but the old version of Sonar didn't do this. The new project files went to the folder I told it to in the preferences.

What did I miss?

Thanks!

Stephen

Preferences > File > Folder Locations "Project Files" should set the default location for new projects

Thanks. I don't know why the settings didn't transfer over when I switched DAWs.
Seems to work now.

Cheers
