New Road Runner Cartoon?

Anyone see that new Road Runner cartoon with that one insurance company?
 
Nice to see a new one, and it was a good one, too! ...
 
Loved it ... the geko cartoon dinner was excellent looking, even if green!
 
Love it ... and never take a left turn in Albuquerque, even if Bapu tells you to!

yup... they are paying a ton in cartoon character licensing fees to do those commercials....

I know ... when I saw this I rang up Chuck's family ... they don't own the cartoons ... so WB is the one making the money!
 
As you know, the copyrights thing was made for movie and television industries so no one can own anything, even after the world ends ... so all the actors and everything else, and creators ... they are nobodies.
 
It's a sad situation and when I hear musicians here cry about it, I go balistic ... you have no idea ... how actors and folks in the industry are raped ... at least you can play and make some money on your own ... but the hopes and chances for the other folks? ... guess who does all the productions!
 
I even like the union process ... you can't get into one unless someone brings you in ... but no one will bring you in, because they do not want competition! So, you have to make your own movie and flick your finger to the unions and the studios, until they come up to you begging for you to join them ... so they can also gain from your talent!
 
The whole thing is sick!
 
But the cartoon looks excellent ... it really does!

I am amazed they pulled this off.  Last I heard Wile E Coyote was in rehab after a vicious breakdown resulted in a descent into the worst of drugs.  

Maybe Geico did a good job of pulling this together, but the real commendation goes to Wile E Coyote.  

Welcome back my friend.  Its been a long, hard journey.
