New Rules
Thanks to 'Children' by Takuya Okada New Rules <- On Soundcloud New Rules (c) 2018 BJZ (James Griffiths, Ken Nilsen & Ed Kocol) Featuring Hugo Ribeiro on drums Verse 1 No one saw it coming No one dared to care Like a tidal wave over us all We all felt that crazy fall Chorus: New rules are dumbing us down Follow the leader in his shiny new crown We’re not supposed to be such fools But how can we not, with these new rules Verse 2 We have to make new beginnings Need to do our share Restore what we know, what is true A better life, let's see it through Repeat Chorus Verse 3 The choice is ours today Stand up and fight once more Bring back sanity and love of man We need to stop this master plan Repeat Chorus 3 times

Very cool song and performed well!! The mix was very nice and clear (listening to the YT video on H-phones). The only thing I'd like to hear a bit louder are the guitars during the chorus (unless that was intentional). Liked it nonetheless! Another very good one BJZ....going for a third listen (the video was very cool too).

Nicely done chaps mix works well, even with that prominent kick.

The video is very classy. Get it? Of course you do . . . Anyway, this is top notch. The new drums are really excellent and the vocals are, too. The supporting string parts add a lot. Guitars have power but do not overwhelm the proceedings. The mix is the best I've yet heard from your supergroup. cheers, -Tom

Thanks for the kudos on the mix Tom. BTW, these are the only drums on this song ever. It's Nerve Endings that has new drums.

Thanks Reece! I/we take no credit for the video, I simply used screen capture to record it and edited it a bit. It's a popular animation by a Japanese guy, it's had millions of views. It was such a good fit with the song so I couldn't resist it.
