Hey Everyone, I usually wait for when I have music videos to share new songs but I figured why not... Here's the next release off my upcoming 3rd album Head Like Fire which comes out on 12/6. Hi David,
this sounds great! Very strong build up while staying on the theme which is really catchy. Is this virtual guitar or played?
I don't care how it's done... for me the outcome is what counts and this is really good.

Thanks Daniel! Yea on this album i used a mixture of fake and real guitars to hopefully blend it all together, but this song particular is all virtual. If I remember correctly some of it is from Omnisphere and some is from Shreddage 2, but I use a few other virtual guitar sources too plus Guitar Rig on the virtual instruments and other effects.

Liked this from the off David, really atmospheric, good use of delay patterns. That 'spaghetti western' guitar sound is perfect, love it. Track builds very nicely too.

Thanks so much you guys! You know it's funny, when I was working on it, I wasn't even thinking spaghetti western I was just thinking "Bad Ass but Sparse guitar" haha but it's totally Spaghetti Western like. You're all right. And I'm totally cool with that :-)
BTW as soon as this album is out I am due for my quarterly go through and listen to all of your music session haha. Come to think of it I'm behind schedule on a bunch of my This Thing Rules software reviews too... and a short film I'm scoring... Gahhh.. Haha. This album is killing me, but that's a good thing :-)
