Yo, eph22, the link doesn't work. I really wanted to hear this. If the song is as good as the name, it should be awesome. I wish I would have thought of that name, Mary Panic. Jesse Q. Screed

That was very interesting. It took me a while to get into it, but I see what you are doing there. This will certainly challenge some of the listeners. I like it because it really makes you think. I hear some Devo, Brian Wilson, Music for Plants, and a dose of mayhem. I think you should change the name to Mary Mayhem and let me steal the Mary Panic name. What do you think? Jesse Q. Screed

No, seriously Jesse thanks for the thoughtful comments. Titles can't be copyrighted so you can use it! A little warning to others: you can not un-hear this! 😂

Groovy sound and a great mix, no worries there. I dig the cool key modulation, kinda makes you dizzy. Sweet little guitar bit toward the end too. And like Jesse says, killer title!

Early Depeche Mode influence I think. Timing issues from the start stopped me getting into this though. The 8th note organ chords particularly, are off time with the kick drum pattern, and the repeat delay on the arp isn't quite right either.

Sorry, David, but I just couldn't get into this one. It just felt like all the timings were off from one instrument to the next.

I think that's the point. lol But what do I know ;) about panic... I was hoping for words. Normally I would say (my pet peeve) “No words” “No title” but this works for me! Peace to all… Dave

thanks for the nits and crits. 7/8th of the song is synced to 120 by the computer so it might sound off but technically it's all synced. The middle bit, ya something weird happened there. Others have said in the *sonar* section of the forum that sonar speeds up sometimes...I kind of doubt it but something weird is happening there! :D:D Thanks for listening, men!

Wow, you are really looking for trouble with this one. This is the kind of thing that makes audiences rush the stage and the press viciously attack the composer. Taking the language of dance/EDM and turning it not on its head, but sort of on its elbow. I applaud this brave effort!

O wow, I never thought that it would be taken that way. I might have to re-think this. Thanks for the feedback Larry.
