New Tungsten Tiffany Blue Theme
Someone asked for this a couple of weeks ago. I finally got to it. It's what it says in the title: a Tungsten-based theme with Tiffany Blue buttons and accents. They're a bit darker than some varieties of Tiffany Blue to differentiate it a bit from the Robin's Egg Blue from Mercury. Focused track and console name background match for visibility. You're welcome, Nino. But please download again, if you would. I found inconsistencies in Tungsten Tiffany Blue (also Tungsten Dark Red, Tungsten Dark Green, and Tungsten Darker Amber, White Transport. These are all a bit clearer in the transport area now). Thanks for your understanding.

The very top bar is blue. The bar just below it is white.
Both mine are white. I want to change the top one to blue, like you have there.
Do you know what setting folder or name that might be?
