New Year song

I wrote this song back in 2013-2014. Went through having my dog passing away by a car accident. Also, breaking up with GF and my grama hospitalize. Today I finally finish this emotional song. Hope you guys enjoy and share it with your friends.

Very cool song Anthony and nicely mixed too. Listening on my H-phones, everything was pretty much clear.....only the drum clap main down beat) seemed like it needed to be a little more crisp/brighter. It came across slightly dull but then again, that might be what you're after.
When I was in a band back in the 90's, we did a similar song by Everlast - What it's like....

Anyway, good work/composition on this track......hope 2016 will be a better year.

Not necessarily my style of music, but I like the concept and think you've pulled it off fairly well.    Mix-wise I agree with Mesh that the claps are a bit muffled, but I also felt like there's a bit of a "veil" over the mix, like it could use more overall clarity in the hi-mids/highs.
