New project creation - Audio folder problem

Hi guys... I got this situation.... Maybe someone can help me out...

I usually work in large projects for the same client involving the creation of many (short) pieces of music.

The file management I would like to set up is, basically to create one folder for the client and then create all the projects and alternatives in the same folder SHARING one common audio folder for all the versions. As an example, if my client would be "microsoft", then this is how I would set it up...

MICROSOFT folder----> music1.cwp
                                     music2.cwp
                                     music3.cwp
                                     music3 ALT_B.cwp
                                     AUDIO FILES
                                     MOVIES
                                     MISC

Now I seem to be unable to do this, as every time I want to create a project in Sonar whose audio file folder is already created (and used) I get an error : "The specified folder is read-only, please choose a different folder". Is this a problem with my own computer ? or it is the behavior of the software ? Why ?

Of course there are a couple of workarounds I already know to overcome this, but I would really like to be able to set up the folders like this in the creation of every new project, and not having to move or copy the audio afterwards.

Any ideas ?
thanks
Roman
