New recording of a song I wrote 10 years ago

I originally wrote this song for a friend of mine in late September 10 years ago. I've recorded it numerous times, on very varied equipment(including the original on a four-track Tascam), but I think this latest rendition is far and away the best. I'd love to hear what everyone thinks about it!

    Hi Brent, this is a nice song, strong vocal performance but because there's a bit to much reverb on it ,it  gets a bit buried in the mix. The acoustic guitar solo also has to much reverb on it, so it really doesn't stand out, less reverb would make it more focused.

    Yeah, I was thinking I need to tone the verb down a bit, and another friend made a comment about it as well. Hopefully I'll have a new mix available soon.
