Hey! Is that Vocalsynth on those backgrounds? ("words out", "No doubt") I think they could use a (ever so) slight boost in volume. Other than that, everything comes out nice and crystal clear. Catchy tune. Clever!

Hi Johnbee58, yes that's the VocalSynth2 demo. During the final mix (of many) the demo timed out so it was going silent every few seconds, but I got around it with some judicious short dropins! BTW, I tried it in Studio One and it works well, better than in CWbBL. Also when you use it in an 'approved' DAW it automatically shows a customised 'how to do it' screen. I haven't bought it yet because of it not playing nice inside CWbBL and also I can't see me using it much; my music isn't of the modern pop genre as you probably gather! I liked everything about this catchy tune, O.k a couple of glitches here and there but really, who cares when a song evokes a smile, good lyrics too and they work for me. Very brave effort (and not like a Syndrum at all) well done mate, Big thanks Steve

Every time I come here and I demo a few songs I'm amazed buy the odd tune, most are sort of what you might expect from people experimenting with the wonderful world of Sonar. But this slammed my headphones with some rockin sound. Loved every second of this one. Made the rest sound sooo dull.

Very enjoyable from the get-go. Mix sounded great. Maybe a picky timing thing at 2:37 as you go into the bridge - am I hearing that the whole bridge comes in just a skosh early? Not a deal breaker by any means. It's a very catchy tune.
The chord progressions are surprisingly unusual in spots, and it works. Well done!

A very nice song indeed. It has a very good commercial pop feel to it. Performance and mix sound great and the video was very entertaining. Oh ya, I would like to put my bid in for that gold strat also.
