New to Home Studio

I just bought Home Studio 2. I'm familiar with Pro Tools, but I'm having trouble firguring out how to get the basic things working like simple editing. When I try to go through the manual tutorial, it tells me to open file TUTORIAL5.CWB, that is not on here, anywhere, it does not show up. Am I missing something?

It should be in C:\program files \Cakewalk \homestudio*** What ever it is you have.
    \Tutorial folder.

Is there a way to drag tracks over without having it move by sections? How do you duplicate?
