New track - The protest machine

Finally got around to writing a new tune that Im pretty pleased with and have just posted up a rough mix on Soundcloud. Please have a listen! Would appreciate any feedback!

Also, I'm looking for a lyricist/collaborator if anyone is interested?

This is really really good! I particularly love that beat. Those drums just have such a nice hard hit sound to them. I was really feeling that whole song. As for lyrics, that would be seriously cool. I'm thinking that male vocals would be best, with a Northern English kind of accent. I don't know why, but that's just what it put me in mind of. Honestly though I'm just really impressed with this song. It's modern, it's fresh, it's just really cool. I love it :)

i like this. i agree vocals would work. try to avoid too much distortion on them cos it'd be too much then, but yeah some kinda sing-speak thing would work. nice tune.

Well I hope you know that I really did mean what I said. It really is an awesome song :)

As for how northern. I think that a typical manchester style rock vocal would be perfect for this song. But something quite modern, maybe even involving some bits which are more talking than singing in the verses if that makes any sense.
