New update.

There seems to be a new update of CBD.
Is there any way to find out what is being added or subtracted?

    It is helpful to provide version information when posting a question. AFAIK, the current release is 2018.08 build 32 a hotfix released a few days after 2018.08 build 30 which was released approximately 3 weeks ago. 2018.08 was discussed here. Information about the release was posted here on Sept 12.
