Newbee, old build need help configuring system for sonar x2a ssd and other

Hello.
I think I posted on the wrong Cakewalk forum for X2...Anyway..I found this forum...
I was told in the other Calkwake forum to install spaccy, Which I have done.
I think I am finished ranting and raving and jokingly putting my story on that forum. Did Get some feedback , about the A @ L driver being buggy and to go back to the older one...which I may do after we settle this computer right.

I need some help...I have a Music system: ASUS x58 mobo, 16gb cousair vengence, a slew of drives form WD, mostly Sata 2, 1 sata 3, 1 M4 256 ssd (Main C drive)...and I have two performance series 128gb drives I am trying to raid (with a add on sata 3 Pci-e 1x card...on a PCI-e 16x/1x port.
UAD Solo card in PCI-e 1x slot above video card,  ATI 5770 video card, Lacie Firewire 800 TI chipset,...Win 7 64bit.

All my Pci-e 1x ports are used So I had to try this ssd raid thing as it seems to be the only option which lets the system boot...but the drives will not initiate in windows /right click computer/manage util , under drive management....the drive at first boot up will be detected, and when I try to initialize the drive...it does a seek...and then says the drive is not connected....I got past that once..and started formating..but it again got lost somewhere, and the window said: Dirve not connect.

The add on card for the Sata 3.0 port ..has drivers on a CD...but windows will not use em..saying it has the latest drivers installed.

I did the Bios Drive expert thing...they are setup as Raid Zero ..Windows does detect em now..as one drive...but will not initilize them..and they keep getting unconnected.

So Not that it is very important to fix this problem...The main thing I want to do...Is fix what I did for Protools 9 in tweaking the OS..and Bios...Getting the system ready for Sonar x2a...and getting my Allen and Heath r16 board working right.

I have had the system running with sata 2 Drives for about a year trying different apps out...I just installed ssd about a month ago...so it is relitively a new install...But I have had crashes with Acid Pro 7.0e on this system, and Protools 9.0-9.3 on the other sata 3 drive setup...
So some errors are surely in the OS with the Acid crashes now on the ssd, as Acid was my main DAW on XP which worked very well...But now I want to get this system up and running right...with sonar x2.

What do you guys need from Spaccy, to help you help me?

Thanks
