Newbie Question - Sonar X3 - adjusting Now Time

The manual says you can enter Now Time and explain the formats....but it does not say how you can get to the point where it allows you to enter the time. Left and Right clicks on the Now Time display lets me change the Now Time display format.
But I need to paste an audio clip at an exact point, and try as I might I cannot drag the indicator in the track view to the exact point.
Thanks for any help.

You might have to turn off Snap to grid if the clip has a none musical time start point.
