No Audio from Platinum

Just started happening
Platinum latest Ipswitch
Win 10 64 bit
Focusrite Pro 24 DSp and Liquid Saffire 56

open an existing project, hit play, meters move but no audio from monitors. But

The Focusrite Mix control indicates meter movement thru the chain.

Monitors are working since other audio outputs thru them, but plugging phones directly into the focsurites yield no audio either.

Reloaded the windows drivers for the audio devices, also reloaded the  mix control, the only thing I havent done is roll back Platinum, will try that tonight.

Hey Ham, are you still messing with liquid mix? If you are, delete any instances in your project, and try it again. I used to have this problem every so often with liquid mix. I don't know if it was JBridge or liquid mix, but one of them was keeping audio from coming through. Of course, if you're not using it, then disregard everything I just said.

Another thought...Is your master bus showing signal? If it's not, I would try disabling any plugs in the master bus, one by one.

    Thanks for the input
#1 no I removed LM/Jbridge/and disabled temporary the FW card it was plugged into(lm unit is unplugged)
#2 yes the master buss shows signal, and I did a fx bypass bin,

I will try creating a new project with just one or two tracks and see if it yields the same issues with several different vst

I'm using a Saffire Pro 24 with an OctoPre 2, sometimes when I first start my rig up I have the same problem but if I change the sample rate on the OctoPre (I'm using the OctoPre as my timing master) up to 96 then back to 48 everything is fine. Don't know how the Liquid Saffire works but you might give it a try.

Have you checked your interface settings? It's not unusual for mix control on the Saffire to have a switch or slider in the wrong position.
