No Connected Products Showing Up In Command Center

I apologize if I'm missing something here but I want to upgrade my X3 producer and it's not showing up in Connected Products in command center. Actual nothing I have purchased is shown under command center under connected products. However, on the my account page under products all my stuff is showing up. Am I supposed to somehow move all my products over to command center?? I log into my account with the same log in for command center

Only the latest version of Sonar (ie platinum) will be displayed in command centre. X3 won't show up, old products will not show up. What are you upgrading to?

Thanks Alex. I followed the store link and I can upgrade - going from X3 to platinum.  So only new purchases will show up in command center. Older things will just remain under my products on my account page?

Do you see the products available on your Cakewalk account? Are you logged in on CCC? Reboot pc, if you did not do that already after installing CCC (I always do that after almost each new install, just for safety).

    Best of luck.

I just bought "cakewalk artist" the downloadable version, recieved the confirmation e-mail, downloaded the correct Command Center for mac, logged onto command center via my cakewalk account information, clicked on Connected Products and it says "no connected products". I've read 5 or 6 forums with people having the same problem but there hasn't been any resolve. I've read people saying that Command Center only shows new purchases. Well this is a new purchase and new software. The Command Center is the only place where I can download my software from. How is is possible for me to obtain what I've spent money on if my cakewalk account won't sync with my Command Center?

There is no SONAR for Mac. SONAR is a Windows only application. See here http://www.cakewalk.com/Support/Knowledge-Base/2007013383/SONAR-Platinum-Professional-Artist-System-Requirements for system requirements. If you do not have any way to run Windows applications contact Cakewalk directly here is how http://forum.cakewalk.com/FindPost/2090582

Have you checked Your "My Products" page? If Platinum is listed there you can download the installers and bypass Command Centre.

Thanks for your speedy reply Kev999..
@ the "My Products" page it only lists my old products that I am upgrading from...
    1. Dimension Pro 1.5
    2. Rapture 1.22
    3. Sonar X2 Producer

Nothing at all is listed on the Cakewalk Command Center !!
    Only Demo products..
I have paid for the Platinum upgrade.. but am having all sorts of trouble getting Sonar Platinum.

Did you purchase the upgrade through Cakewalk ? Or another company ?

Command Centre will only show a product that was installed using it. For this reason it is not necessarily a reflection of what's showing in your online account.

If you want a program to show up in the CCC you need to install using CCC if it is a compatible product.

Eg Sonar X3 is not but Sonar artist, Professional and Platinum are as is Dim Pro Z3TA 2 Rapture and many other programs and plugins. For products that can be installed through CCC but weren't you have to weigh up the time it takes to reinstall those products including sometimes large sample libraries through the CCC.

If you take the time in the end you'll have a neat installation of all your Cakewalk products and you'll be notified of all updates which can then be done at the click of a button through CCC.

I'm going to ask a very basic question of the OP. In Command Center are you logged in to your account? For ease of use the same log in used here will work for your account.

    hey happy humans :)
I figured out what the problem was..
I accidentally created a NEW CakeWalk Account when signing in to CakeWalk to upgrade from X2 to Platinum!!!
Hence with having two accounts.. 1 did not work.. n' i had forgotten about the account i had previously..
Now that i'm signing in with the proper account... i can use the CakeWalk Command Center "CCC" n' see all of my purchased products ready to download.. (took about an hour to download).

thanks for all the help guys.. i hope this helps someone out there..

    peace out dudes! :D
