No EQ After Bounce

No EQ After Bounce

 I bounced several vocal tracks one at a time. I had applied Melodyne to each. For Bounce options, I selected Track FX and 64-bit Engine, bounced to a mono track, and turned Fast Bounce and Audible Bounce off. The bounced track is fine but when I apply Pro Channel EQ to it, it has no effect. I do not see the EQ light flickering even though it is on, and even radical EQ has no audible effect. What am I missing?

    Prochannel Global ON/OFF switch is on ?
