I can't believe this thread. It just blows my mind that anyone would complain about being asked to contact support for personalised help. I have read all of the "justifications" from the OP and honestly, none of them wash with me at all. I have lost count of the number of times I have heard nothing from a tech support dept. Ultimately, the OP has rejected the offer of help. I have officially lost a bit more faith in humanity.

+1 I was in shock that I missed this thread, and then noticed it is not even a day old! We all make mistakes, get frustrated, etc., which is fine. But, beating a dead horse and throwing rocks isn't :(
