No Sound through Soft Synth, Sonar X1 Pro.

Hi guys

I'm pretty new to the Forum. Hope I'll get some help.

currently I'm facing a problem with Dead (NO) sound from (All) soft synth.
The Problem I'm Revealing is targeting "Studio Instrument(s)"
As this Problem Happens to All of my Soft Synth.

first of all I want to let you know my configuration which I made very simple to understand.

I'm Running
Notebook - HP 2510p
OS       - Windows 7 Ultimate (32 bit)
DAW      - SONAR X1 (HOST App)

This is How I Started -

1. Open Sonar X1
2. File > New
   Name: synth Test
   Template: Normal
   OK
3. Insert > Soft Synth > Vstplugins > Studio Instrument > SI-Drum Kit.
4. My "Insert Soft Synth Options" are -
   Create these Tracks:
   "Simple Instrument Track" is Checked
   Open These Windows:
   "Synth Property Page" is Checked
   "Synth Rack View" is Checked
   "Recall Assignable Control" is Checked
   And rest of all are UnChecked. (just to make it simple. if here is something wrong Pls Let me know...)

5. On the "Program Browser" of "Synth Property Page" I selected "Aggressive Kit.prog [196 MB]" And Closed it.
6. And Closed the "Synth Property Page"

7. 1 Changed these Properties in "MIDI Track"
   Input = None
   Output = 2-SI-Drum kit 1
   MIDI Channel = 10: SI-Drum Kit
   Bank = 0-bank 0
   Patch = C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk

8. 2 Changed these Properties in "SI-Drum Kit 1"
   Input = None
   Output = Speakers (High Defination Audio)
   MIDI Channel = 10: SI-Drum Kit
   Bank = 0-bank 0
   Patch = C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk

9. Now in Empty MIDI track I, Right Click > View > Piano Roll View
   And Created 4 Notes through measure 1 to 4 just to check,
   I can Hear only first note but can't hear other three notes,
   I can see the Meter Level on all 4 note in Track 1 "MIDI Track" but
   I can see the Meter Level only on first note in Track 2 "SI-Drum Kit 1"

This is How it Ends.
I made it as simple as to figure out what the Damn Problem is But in vain...
Please Let me know whats wrong with these configuration.
I guess, maybe when I was with Win XP or Previous version of Sonar there was no Problem with this setup.
Any Help would be Appreciated.
