No UNDO function for Input gain (trim) knob.

I'm trying to use the Input gain knob (AKA Trim??) to gain stage a song I am working on. I've noticed that when I make adjustments to the knobs they aren't registered as something you can Undo (ctrl+z.) I accidentally held shift without intending to which adjusted all my other tracks. I don't know how to reverse this without doing it all over manually.

Is there some reason for this. I am I missing something?

Is it one of those controls you can right click and choose "revert to last value"?
