No midi keyboard input

Hiya Please Help
As a long time user of Sonar I have just upgraded to Platinum and now I cant get any midi track input having selected midi input KeyLab49 Omni,
Also if I load Sonar X3 still no input, but if I load Dimension Pro in stand alone mode all works fine
Hope someone can help me  Thankyou in advance.

Hi. Sorry if this is obvious, but is the Input Echo enabled on the MIDI or SIT track?

The Keylab is also visible in Preferences, MIDI, Devices, I suppose?
Do you have the latest updates https://www.arturia.com/keylab49/resources ?
Hope it helps.
All the best.

Yes, Keylab49 is selected under midi preferences input and output
and also selected on a midi track as midi input
Thankyou

It shows up in preferences based on the driver being loaded, regardless of whether the hardware is fully functional.
