Not seeing any issue with that here.
Do you have any clip fx or region fx?
Perhaps a plugin is crashing.
If SONAR appears hung,
1) grab procdump from here:
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/dd996900.aspx 2) extract it. In Explorer, click on the zip and in Windows click the Extract tab under the Compressed Folder Tools then click the Extract all button. It will offer to put it in the .\Downloads\ProcDump folder, that's fine.
3) open cmd prompt. If the search box is visible, type
cmd
and click on Command Prompt.
Otherwise, you can use Win + R and type cmd in the Edit box of the Run window.
Or right click Start button and choose Command Prompt.
4) switch to the folder where procdump was extracted.
> cd .\Downloads\ProcDump
and press enter. The > is the prompt, you will see that on screen, no need to type that.
Or, if you extracted to a different folder, issue cd to whatever that location is.
5) Have procdump create a minidump file. (use procdump for 32-bit, procdump64 for 64-bit)
> procdump64 sonarplat.exe
and press enter
Then attach the resulting .dmp file send that in a problem report.
To easily see the file, from command prompt, type
> start .
and press enter.
and post the bug number here.
Thanks
Keith
