No serial

Anyone else hung up waiting for a Serial number since yesterday?   This is getting really frustrating.  All my downloads are done (link in email worked great).  Unfortunately, the list that shows all my products, isn't showing X1 when I click on the serial number link. On top of that , when I sign in to my account after 12 hours it now shows X1 on my registered products list, but still no Serial Number!    AAAAHHHRRRG!

    I had exactly the same problem, which was resolved very quickly with a phone call to Cake. Annoying, yes (especially as it's an international call for me).
    I know of others who have had the same problem too. Some waited a lot longer than me (days) and eventually got a serial number via email. Others had to call or email support. Hang in there - it's worth it!

    Sadly, purchase on a friday night... give it some time to post the serial... nothing shows, and cake leaves you sucking hind tit till monday... No, I take that back, You get to pay for it, and dont even get hind tit!
