No short key for draw tool in PRV X1?

Obviously they came up with cubase like little box where you can change from select tool to draw tool. But they seem to have gotten rid of shortkey option for draw tool in PRV... they only have global drawing key that doesn't work on PRV..
having to do a lot of midi editing i find this very inconvenient... is there any way to make it easy?

also, on piano roll view, how are you supposed to put in the exact velocity value you want? is there a short key option for that too?
I'd appreciate a little help!

F5 - F10 will toggle the various tools on and off. If you hold the key it will return to the previous key when let go.

With the Smart Tool, which does ALL MIDI editing in the PRV once you get it figured out, double click on a note to get the dbx for entering velocity etc.

With the Smart Tool hold down alt key to enter notes or double click. Hover for other information or to change velocity, note length, move etc..

    HTH

EDIT: to be honest I've NEVER used another tool other than the Smart Tool in the PRV so I don't really don't even know what they're for.
