No sound at 0 pan

I have recorded a few tracks that have no center? Weird!!!

If you move the pan over either way you get sound but clicking to 0 there is nothing?

I had no problems at all till this and it's driving me nutz...HELP?

All I could think is that if the 2 tracks ( Left/Right) are perfectly out of phase that could happen.

Yea, did you clone those tracks that cannot be heard? Or did you record those tracks at the same time with different microphones?

If you used mics when recording, Phase is something you need to take into account and fix at the recording stage when using mics.

If you cloned the tracks, then you need to nudge them back or forward. But its always best to record different takes of the same sound instead of cloning the tracks. You get way better results and phase will never be an issue

Wouldn't clicking the Phase button on one of the tracks fix this type of problem?
