How I can see on which port I installed drivers?
Tascam is connected to the back of my PC.

The only information I see about tascam is:

https: //s11.postimg.org/pmq70xuur/image.jpg

https: //s16.postimg.org/4u6y5jmb9/image.jpg

Or is there any other place where I can see on which port the drivers are?

turn "Auto power save" off !

this might be what's dropping your device.
***you don't need to put spaces between your links anymore ;-) post the whole links like you did in your last post.****

I might be able to hook up to your computer using Team Viewer if you want.
let me know and we can decide on a time to do that.

According to https://s11.postimg.org/pmq70xuur/image.jpg there is something called auto power save on. Try turning that off. Maybe that is why you are losing the connection?
All the best.
Edited: Chuck beat me to it

I can wait till later than no problems. maybe like 8PM ?
that would be around 1 or 2 pm your time.
I don't Skype im sorry to say.
I do use Team viewer though to fix computers and do tech service sometimes.
Just open Notepad so we can write back and forth and explain a few things.

Open Sonar and I will simply check the routing and see if we can solve the issue you are having.
you will have to check for sound as I wont be able to hear that.

Let me know.

Team Viewer (you can do some research on it here)
https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/windows/

They make a portable version so there is no software to install. its easy.

Hi
I'm not sure if any of these replies are for me or for Dmitri. I'll set up a new thread for my issue.
Thanks

your issue is going to be a little harder because the software you are using is very dated.
a lot of members here have to try and remember its been a while (5 versions ago).

chuckebaby,

6pm mine and yours 11am would be better for me, cause I am at work before.

I downloaded TeamViewer portable. In "readme" there are instruction:

Please edit the file TeamViewer.ini file and replace the dummy license code in
the 'License' section with your Premium / Enterprise Concurrent license.

By setting LogOutgoingConnections=1 in the TeamViewer.ini file you can force TeamViewer
to write a log file with detailed information about your connections.
This log file is used by the TV Manager.

By setting importsettings=1 you activate the automatic settings import. TeamViewer
Portable will import the settings from a file called tv.ini which has to be situated
in the same directory as your TeamViewer.exe. You can create the tv.ini by exporting
your settings in the advanced options of the full TeamViewer version.

Do I have to do any of those things? Because now it looks like that when I open the TeamViewer:

those things you have crossed out are the things you need to send me by message so I can connect.
they are not any kind of privacy settings.
once we are done simply uninstall or delete the program.
(if you downloaded the portable version like me, then just delete it once we are finished.

Alright peeps. This guy is trying to make music(we all know what that is like). So we need help.
I tried to remotely get it going for him yesterday but had no luck.
This was after reinstalling the driver for his Tascam US 2X2.

Messages before starting Sonar LE:
No audio devices detected.

Wondering if disabling onboard audio will help.
Tried just about everything else. looking for options and ideas.

My guess is that it would not hurt to try to disable the internal / onboard sound card. (Then the "no audio device connected" would be true / correct, if the 2X2 is not connected.)
I have mine disabled, even if I don't have to. Gives me peace of mind..
I disabled it, and installed my AI drivers when I finished setting up my pc the last time.
But I am not capable enough computer wise, to really say.
My advice might be totally wrong, so please don't "shoot the messenger"
All the best.
