No waveforms after crash - how to recreate?

So Sonar X1 crashed on me (again... shocker) and when i reopened my project most of my waveforms were gone.. It's strange. When I freeze the tracks the waveforms recreate but when I unfreeze them they are gone :( However when i unfreeze a frozen track and freeze it back again the waveforms are fine. (they were messed up in frozen tracks as well)

So the real problem is recreating the waveforms in unfrozen tracks (they do not fix themselves after freeze/unfreeze)

Anyway of fixing this? Could I recreate the waveforms somehow?

    Figured it out

    Delete the contents of C:\Cakewalk Projects\Picture Cache
